Steps:

  • Spray large shallow roasting pan with cooking spray. Add popcorn and place in preheated 250 degrees F oven while preparing caramel.
  • Mix brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt in a heavy 2-quart saucepan. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • Boil 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda and vanilla; mix well.

5 cups miniature pretzel twists
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter
½ cup dark corn syrup
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup salted peanuts
1 cup candy-coated milk chocolate pieces
1 cup candy corn

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 200 degrees F.
  • Combine popcorn and pretzels in large roasting pan; set aside.
  • Combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 18-20 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes or until small amount of mixture dropped into ice water forms a soft ball or candy thermometer reaches 240 degrees F.
