TROPICAL DUMP CAKE
Pinched from facebook posting to my page. Yummy. This cake is crunchy on top and wet on the bottom so a cake tester doesn't work well. One hour baking was perfect. Already a family favorite. My first orange cake tried!

Tips:
- Use fresh or frozen fruit: Fresh fruit is ideal, but frozen fruit can also be used. If using frozen fruit, thaw it before adding it to the cake batter.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make the cake tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Bake the cake at a high temperature: This will help to create a crispy crust and a moist center.
- Let the cake cool slightly before serving: This will help to prevent the cake from falling apart.
- Serve the cake with your favorite toppings: Whipped cream, ice cream, or fresh fruit are all great options.
