TUNA FISH PATTIES
This is a great recipe I came up with to get rid of leftover bread. I generally use the contents of my vegetable drawer here so I kind of throw in whatever I have at the time, so you can use your own judgment. They taste really nice when eaten with sour cream or low-fat mayo or even on their own - though my husband prefers ketchup. I generally use this recipe as a guideline, so have fun with it!

TUNA FISH-CHEESE PATTIES
Tuna patties are milder than salmon. And the flavor of the other ingredients shine through the tuna. Serve them on a plate with pan-fried potatoes and sliced tomatoes and avocados. Or in a toasted pita with lettuce, thin sliced tomatoes and a touch of mayo. Don't forget a handful of potato chips.

Tips:
- Use high-quality canned tuna. Look for tuna that is packed in water and has a light, flaky texture. Avoid tuna that is packed in oil, as it will make your patties greasy.
- Add vegetables to your patties. This will help to bulk them up and add nutrients. Some good options include diced celery, carrots, onions, or bell peppers.
- Use a variety of seasonings. This will help to give your patties flavor. Some good options include salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika.
- Don't overmix your patties. Overmixing will make them tough. Just mix until the ingredients are combined.
- Cook your patties over medium heat. This will help to prevent them from burning.
- Serve your patties with your favorite sides. Some good options include mashed potatoes, green beans, or a salad.
Conclusion:
Tuna fish patties are a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are easy to make and can be served with a variety of sides. Whether you are looking for a quick and easy weeknight meal or a hearty and satisfying dinner, tuna fish patties are a great option. Give them a try today and see for yourself how delicious they are!
