- 1. mix all ingredients together for tuna. split mixture in half for 2 patties.
- 2. toast the Texas toast in oven at 425. While toasting. Slice the tomato,and get your lettuce. heat fry pan with a bit of olive oil,or vegetable oil .
- 3. Take tuna and gently make in to a thick size patty to fit on toast. place in fry pan with oil. Cook on each side about 2 minutes with out disturbing.
- 4. Place patty on Texas toast with the Cheese inside. Place a slice of cheese on top of tuna.Place under broiler until cheese melts. Add lettuce and tomato, and top with 2nd slice of toast.
