1 cup pineapple-orange juice
4 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon sugar

1/4 cup Grapeseed oil
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce or Fish Sauce
1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1 clove Garlic clove - crushed

  • Combine all ingredients and whisk to combine.
  • Put tuna steaks in a ziplok bag that fits all and add marinade.
  • Marinate steaks in refrigerator for 1 hour per inch of thicknes (minimum) up to 2 hours.
