Tips:

  • When choosing bread for your turkey, ham, and cheese sandwich, opt for a sturdy type like a dense sourdough or multigrain. This will help hold up to the fillings and prevent the sandwich from becoming soggy.
  • For the best flavor, use high-quality deli meat and cheese. Look for meats that are thinly sliced and cheeses that are flavorful and melty.
  • Add a spread to your sandwich to add extra flavor and moisture. Some good options include mayonnaise, mustard, or a flavored butter.
  • If you're using a chutney, choose one that is flavorful and has a good balance of sweet and tart. A mango chutney or a cranberry chutney are both good choices.
  • Toast your bread before assembling the sandwich for a crispy, golden crust.
  • Serve the sandwich immediately after assembling to prevent the bread from getting soggy.
