2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted

3 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup onion (chopped)
3/4 cup celery (chopped)
1 cup ham (cooked, diced)
3 tablespoons flour
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram (or thyme)
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups Swiss cheese (shredded)
2 cups turkey meat (cooked, diced)
Topping:
1 cup soft breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon butter​
Optional: 1 cup frozen peas
Optional: 1 cup carrots

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients and preheat oven to 350 F.

1 (1 pound) loaf sourdough bread, cut into cubes
1 (8 ounce) bottle honey mustard
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided
2 cups diced ham, divided
1 (6 ounce) jar dill pickle relish, drained

Steps:

  • Spread the bread cubes into a shallow pan and let the bread sit until the cut surfaces are somewhat dried with the insides remaining soft, 2 to 3 hours.

5 large potatoes (about 4 pounds), peeled and cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups 2% milk
1-1/3 cups roasted red pepper Alfredo sauce
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dill weed

1 CUP FRPZEN PEAS AND CARROTS, OPTIONAL
