1 cup diced cooked turkey
1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
1 egg
½ cup freshly shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Season well: Turkey manicotti can be bland if it's not seasoned properly. Be generous with the salt, pepper, and other seasonings.
  • Use a variety of cheeses: The different cheeses in turkey manicotti add flavor and texture. Don't be afraid to experiment with different combinations.
  • Cook the manicotti al dente: Manicotti should be cooked until it's tender but still has a slight bite to it. Overcooked manicotti will be mushy.
