Steps:
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the sausage, onion, carrots and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Stir in flour until blended. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. , Drain noodles. Add the noodles, Worcestershire sauce and sage to the sausage mixture; toss to coat. , Transfer to a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until bubbly.

TURKEY SAUSAGE AND BROCCOLI PASTA

- Prepare rigatoni according to directions on box. Remove sausage meat from casing, set aside. In hot skillet saute onions. Add pepper and crumbled sausage meat. Stir and cook over medium high heat for 5 minutes. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Add chicken stock and bring to a simmer. Add florets and cover to steam. Once broccoli is tender add rigatoni to pan. Stir to coat. Serve.
LASAGNA WITH TURKEY SAUSAGE
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Heat the olive oil in a large (10 to 12-inch) skillet. Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes over medium-low heat, until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Add the sausage and cook over medium-low heat, breaking it up with a fork, for 8 to 10 minutes, or until no longer pink. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, 2 tablespoons of the parsley, the basil, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Simmer, uncovered, over medium-low heat, for 15 to 20 minutes, until thickened.
- Meanwhile, fill a large bowl with the hottest tap water. Add the noodles and allow them to sit in the water for 20 minutes. Drain.
- In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta, goat cheese, 1 cup of Parmesan, the egg, the remaining 2 tablespoons of parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Set aside.
- Ladle 1/3 of the sauce into a 9 by 12 by 2-inch rectangular baking dish, spreading the sauce over the bottom of the dish. Then add the layers as follows: half the pasta, half the mozzarella, half the ricotta, and one third of the sauce. Add the rest of the pasta, mozzarella, ricotta, and finally, sauce. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of Parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling.
NOODLES WITH TURKEY SAUSAGE AND CABBAGE RECIPE

- Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat. Add the sausages and cook, stirring as needed, until almost cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add the carrot, onion, celery and garlic; cook, stirring as needed, until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the cabbage, tomatoes, broth and pepper; bring to a boil. - In a large skillet, warm oil over medium heat and saute sausage and onion for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 2 seasoning packets from ramen noodles, flour and water until smooth; add this sauce and peas to skillet.
- Bring mixture to a boil, cover and cook for 5 minutes or until heated through.
- Add noodles to large pot of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes; drain.
- Remove sausage mixture from heat and stir in sour cream; do not boil. Mix in noodles and serve.
