Tips for Making Tuscan Pork Medallions

  • To ensure the pork medallions are cooked evenly, use a meat mallet to pound them to an even thickness before cooking.
  • For a more flavorful dish, marinate the pork medallions in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, herbs, and spices for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
  • When searing the pork medallions, make sure the pan is hot enough to create a nice crust. This will help to lock in the juices and prevent the pork from drying out.
  • To prevent the pork medallions from overcooking, cook them for no more than 3-4 minutes per side.
  • If you are using a sauce, add it to the pan after the pork medallions have been cooked. This will prevent the sauce from burning.
  • Serve the Tuscan pork medallions immediately with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a simple green salad.

Tuscan pork medallions are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a flavorful and satisfying dish that the whole family will enjoy.
