Tips:

  • Use fresh pineapple. Fresh pineapple has the best flavor and texture for this cake. If you can't find fresh pineapple, you can use canned pineapple, but be sure to drain it well before using and rinse if packed in syrup.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter will make the cake tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the cake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. This will ensure that the cake is cooked through.
  • Let the cake cool completely before frosting it. This will help to prevent the frosting from melting.
  • If you don't have a bundt pan, you can also bake this cake in a 9x13 inch pan. Just adjust the baking time accordingly.

Conclusion:

This pineapple cake is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. With its moist, flavorful crumb and tangy pineapple frosting, this cake is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it. So next time you're looking for a special dessert, give this pineapple cake a try. You won't be disappointed!
