1 large egg white
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup pecan halves
1 cup macadamia nuts
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon cardamom

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Combine vanilla extract, and egg white in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk until foamy.

1/2 cup vanilla sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon Saigon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 1/2 cups walnuts

Steps:

  • Spray a sheet tray with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
