VIRGIN COCO MOJITO
A non-alcoholic version of a coconut mojito. This uses Torani (or other brand) coconut flavor coffee syrup. I used sugar-free, but regular will work.

Tips:
- Choose high-quality ingredients. Fresh mint leaves, limes, and coconut water will make a big difference in the taste of your mojito.
- Use a muddler to gently bruise the mint leaves. This will help release their flavor without overpowering the drink.
- Add the sugar or simple syrup to taste. Start with a small amount and add more until the mojito is to your desired sweetness.
- Don't over-muddle the mojito. A few twists of the muddler is all you need to release the flavors.
- Add the rum and coconut water last. This will help prevent the rum from evaporating and the coconut water from getting diluted.
- Garnish the mojito with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint. This will add a pop of color and flavor to your drink.
Conclusion:
The Virgin Coco Mojito is a refreshing and delicious non-alcoholic cocktail that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your own taste. So next time you are looking for a refreshing drink, give the Virgin Coco Mojito a try. You won't be disappointed!
