Steps:

  • Place mashed banana, syrup, milk, ice cream& malted milk powder (if using) in blender.
  • Blend on med-high speed until all ingredients are thoroughly blended and smooth.

1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 cups low fat milk
1/3 cup malted milk powder
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 banana, peeled, frozen
1 cup ice cubes

Steps:

  • 1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid. 2. Select Variable 1. 3. Turn machine on and slowly increase the speed to Variable 10, then to High. If necessary, use the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades. 4. Blend for 15-20 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
