2 packages (3 ounces each) cherry gelatin
1/2 cup Red Hots
1/3 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups water
1-3/4 cups orange juice
1/3 cup sour cream
1-1/2 cups orange sections, chopped
1 medium apple, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Place gelatin in a large bowl. In a small saucepan, combine Red Hots, sugar and water. Cook and stir until candies are dissolved and mixture comes to a boil. Stir into gelatin. Stir in orange juice and sour cream. Refrigerate until thickened, 30-45 minutes. Stir in oranges, apple and pecans. Pour into a 6-cup ring mold coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold onto a platter.

1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
1 cup cold water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 navel orange, peeled, sectioned and chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. stir in next 5 ingredients. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened.
  • Stir in oranges and nuts. Spoon into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.

1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 cup chopped dried mixed fruit
1/3 cup currants or golden raisins
1/3 cup chopped candied cherries or maraschino cherries
1/3 cup toasted chopped pecan or walnut halves

Steps:
