Tips:

  • Generously season the ribs: Don't be shy with the rub. Make sure to coat the ribs evenly on all sides.
  • Let the ribs rest before cooking: This will help the rub to penetrate the meat and develop more flavor.
  • Cook the ribs low and slow: This will help the ribs to cook evenly and become fall-off-the-bone tender.
  • Baste the ribs regularly: This will help to keep the ribs moist and prevent them from drying out.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness: The ribs are done when they reach an internal temperature of 195 degrees Fahrenheit.

Conclusion:

Wally's Rib Rub is a delicious and versatile rub that can be used on a variety of meats. It is perfect for ribs, but it can also be used on chicken, pork, and beef. The rub is made with a blend of spices and herbs that give it a unique and flavorful taste. If you are looking for a new rib rub to try, Wally's Rib Rub is a great option.
