2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

Tips:

  • Use a good quality bacon: The better the bacon, the better the dip will be. Look for bacon that is thick-cut and has a good amount of fat.
  • Cook the bacon until it is crispy: This will help to give the dip a smoky flavor and a nice texture.
  • Use a combination of cheeses: This will help to create a complex and flavorful dip. Try using a blend of hard and soft cheeses, such as cheddar, mozzarella, and cream cheese.
  • Add in some other ingredients to taste: This could include things like diced onions, green peppers, jalapeƱos, or crumbled blue cheese. Get creative and experiment to find what you like best.
