2 lbs chicken wings, cut at joints, tips discarded
2 garlic cloves, crushed in garlic press
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat grill or broiler. Cut tips off wings and discard. Cut wings in half at joint.
  • Grill or broil wings, turning occasionally, 15 minutes.
  • In small bowl, combine garlic and oil.
  • Grill wings, brushing with garlic oil, an additional 10 minutes or until cooked through. Note: Do not brush during the last 5 minutes of grilling.

I made this sauce off the top of my head totally winging it ( its funny because its for wings ) where I work. It actually turned out to be a ngreat sauce with awesome flavor and coats the wings perfectly. Everyone loved it so I had to share it and even made pizza with it using it instead of pizza sauce and it was great. It's great on other things too, so experiment and let me know what you come up with.

1 teaspoon olive oil, or as needed
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon lime juice
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper
½ cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Pour enough olive oil into a skillet to cover the bottom; turn heat to high. Saute garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add lime juice and cook for 45 seconds. Stir cream into garlic mixture; cook until mixture is slightly reduced, about 1 minute.n
