This is a very good corn casserole recipe. I have to cook it at every Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter Dinner. No one else says they can make to taste like mine. HaHa, I think that is used for motivation so they don't have to make it.

Steps:
- 1. I always use an aluminum throw away pan. I put my frozen corn in first and mix my flour really good with the corn. I then add the remainder of the ingredients.
- 2. Stir realy good and bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour. Cook and enjoy. Everyone says it taste like homemade corn.
- 3. I use the aluminum pan because I am usually taking it somewhere else. I just mix it in the aluminum pan.
- 4. While cooking stir the corn every so often.
Tips:
- Use fresh or frozen corn. Frozen corn is a great option when fresh corn is not in season. Just be sure to thaw it completely before using.
- Don't overcook the corn. Overcooked corn will be tough and chewy. Cook it just until it is tender, about 5 minutes.
- Use a good quality cheese. The type of cheese you use will have a big impact on the flavor of the casserole. Use a cheese that melts well, such as cheddar, mozzarella, or Monterey Jack.
- Add some flavorings. Add some herbs, spices, or vegetables to the casserole to give it extra flavor. Some good options include garlic, onion, green chilies, or diced tomatoes.
- Bake the casserole until it is golden brown. The casserole is done baking when the top is golden brown and the center is hot and bubbly.
