1 onion, chopped
3 tablespoons butter
12 ounces imitation crabmeat
1 cup mayonnaise

Steps:

  • In a medium skillet, saute the green pepper and onion in the butter for 3 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in imitation crabmeat, and saute for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat, and put mixture into a medium bowl. Stir in mayonnaise. May be served warm or cold.

1 lb crabmeat
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 lemon, juice of
1 tablespoon dill weed
1/4 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
3/4 cup chopped celery

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix together by hand until well blended. Can be used in bread, tortillas or croissants.
  • I use 3/4 cup sour cream, 3/4 cup mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon dill weed, due to personal preference.
