2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (9 ounce) package chocolate wafer cookies
¼ cup grated chocolate

Steps:

  • Beat cream in a large glass or metal mixing bowl with an electric mixer. Gradually add confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until the cream holds stiff peaks. Lift your beater or whisk straight up: the whipped cream should form a sharp peak that holds its shape.

12 cups crisp rice cereal
1 cup white baking chips
1 teaspoon shortening, divided

  • In a large saucepan, heat marshmallows and butter until almost melted. Remove from the heat. Stir in cereal; toss to coat. Press firmly into a greased 15x10x1-in. pan. 1 cup sugar
2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup baking cocoa
