  • Choose Fresh Ingredients: Start with fresh zucchini and mandarin oranges for the best flavor and texture.
  • Grate the Zucchini Finely: This ensures that the zucchini blends smoothly into the batter and doesn't overpower the other ingredients.
  • Don't Overmix the Batter: Overmixing can result in a tough, dense loaf. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Use a Loaf Pan with a Nonstick Surface: This will help prevent the bread from sticking and ensure an even bake.
  • Bake Until a Toothpick Inserted into the Center Comes Out Clean: This is the best way to ensure that the bread is cooked through.
