Tips:

  • Use a box grater to quickly and easily grate the zucchini. Be sure to squeeze out any excess moisture from the grated zucchini before adding it to the mixture. This will help prevent the patties from becoming too soggy.
  • If you don't have any feta cheese on hand, you can substitute another type of cheese, such as Parmesan or cheddar. However, feta cheese is the traditional choice for these patties, and it adds a delicious salty and tangy flavor.
  • These patties can be cooked in a variety of ways. You can pan-fry them, bake them, or even grill them. If you're pan-frying them, be sure to use a non-stick skillet and cook them over medium heat. If you're baking them, preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and bake them for 15-20 minutes, or until they're golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve these patties with your favorite dipping sauce, such as tzatziki sauce, ranch dressing, or marinara sauce. They're also delicious served on a bun with your favorite toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, and onion.

Conclusion:

Zucchini patties are a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They're easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give these zucchini patties a try!
