Blood Orange Campari Spritz image

Inspired from the Italian Riviera, this drink transports you to the local piazza for the after-dinner aperitif. The blood orange, which is a native southern Mediterranean fruit, complements the bitterness of the Italian Campari. Best served over ice on a hot summer's day. Garnish with an orange slice.

This drink is really good, but it's a little too expensive for me to make on a regular basis.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my drink turned out really watery. I think I might have added too much ice.

This drink is way too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try making it again with less Prosecco.

I'm not sure if I made this drink correctly, but it turned out really bitter. I think I might have added too much Campari.

This drink is a little too strong for my taste, but I can see how it would be popular with people who like Campari.

I'm not a big fan of sweet drinks, but this one is actually pretty good. The blood orange and Campari give it a nice tartness that I really enjoy.
