Steps:
- 1. THIS IS EASY AND FAST! Wash your chops, make sure they are all about the same thickness. Mine in the photo are about 1/2 inch thick. Blot your chops dry. Liberally sprinkle the pepper seasoning on both sides of the chops. (don't salt)
- 2. Heat coconut oil in a grill pan on medium high heat. (Coconut oil is tasty and healthier than olive oil) Place the seasoned chops in the pan, and fry to a golden brown on both sides. Enjoy!
- 3. Cook's tip: I cook my Dutch Oven Sweet Potatoes and Apples while the pork chops are grilling in the pan!
