Boston Cooler the real thing image

If you are lucky enough to get Vernor's gingerale in your area (a Detroit product). then you will have a truly authentic BOSTON COOLER. Otherwise with just any brand of golden gingerale you'll have to add a pinch of powdered ginger to cut the lemon flavor which is most outstanding and often overwhelming in any other brand.Cool...

This Boston Cooler was hands down the most refreshing summer drink I've had in a while! The combination of ginger ale, ice cream, and cherry flavor was perfect. I'll definitely be making this again.
