In a moment, the Bailey's will begin to clump and "curdle" and look like a brain. Pour a tiny amount of grenadine "blood" over. Watch your guests gag over the look of one of the nastiest-looking Halloween drinks around. *********************************** The trick to making a Brain Hemorrhage shot perfect is to use very cold booze.
