Bread Machine Herbed Onion Bread image

17 Tbsp water (70 to 80 degrees f)
2 Tbsp butter, softened
1 1/4 tsp salt
3 c bread flour
2 tsp dried, minced onion
1 1/2 tsp dill weed
1 tsp poppy seeds
2 Tbsp nonfat dry milk powder
2 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

Steps:

  • 1. In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggest by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed).
