Broccoli-Corn Casserole image

10 cups broccoli florets
2 (14.5 ounce) cans cream-style corn
1 egg, slightly beaten
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons butter, melted
¾ cup crushed buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix broccoli, corn, egg, salt, and pepper in a 3-quart casserole dish.
  • Mix crushed crackers and butter together in a small bowl; sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.
  • Bake in preheated oven until the crackers are golden brown, 30 to 40 minutes.

This casserole was a little bland for my taste. I think I would add more salt and pepper next time. Otherwise, it was a good recipe.
