Broccoli Madaline Salad image

Broccoli Madaline is a great salad. It is already loved by thousands of people. I should know because I used to make it almost every day for Piccadilly. I would have customers beg me for the recipe. It would fly off the serving line. I did cut the recipe down form the original. Also I made sure to put it into my own words. I don't want any one to get into trouble with the copyright. I hope everyone enjoys this.

I didn't have any bacon on hand, so I used crumbled bacon bits instead. It worked just fine.

This salad is a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra salt and pepper, and it was much better.

I'm allergic to nuts, so I substituted sunflower seeds for the almonds. It was still delicious!

This salad is a great way to use up leftover chicken or ham. I also like to add some hard-boiled eggs for extra protein.
