Broccoli Slaw Weight Watchers Recipe - (4.2/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 10

Dressing:
1 pkg. grated Broccoli slaw
2 cups pineapple chunks, drained
1/3 cup slivered almonds
1/3 cup cranraisins
1 apple diced
1 cup fat free mayo
2 Tablespoons vinegar (I use rice vinegar)
2 Tablespoons Splenda
1/2 teaspoon celery seed

Steps:

  • Drain your pineapple juice and add the pineapple to a bowl, along with the slaw, almonds, cranraisins, and diced apple. Combine your dressing ingredients and add to the above. Chill for 2 - 3 hours before serving.
