- Cook noodles in salted water according to package directions. Drain; set aside.
- Melt butter in large saucepan. Add garlic. Cook over medium-high heat, watching closely, 3-5 minutes or until butter foams and just starts to turn a delicate golden color. Remove from heat. Stir in noodles until well coated. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and coarse ground black pepper. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
