Brownie Banana Cream Trifle image

This is a very easy recipe and can be altered using your favorite pudding flavor. The ingredients for the brownies are specific for Ghirardelli brand, alter if using another brand.

THE BROWNIES
1 pkg brownie mix (i love ghirardelli)
1 egg
1/3 c oil
1/3 c water
PUDDING
3 c cold milk
1 banana
chopped nuts, any variety
chocolate sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Mix egg, oil, and water thoroughly. Add brownie mix and combine until thoroughly moistened. Do not over mix. Bake per package instructions.
  • 2. Combine pudding mix with milk. Mix for several minutes. Refrigerate.
  • 3. In large clear bowl, (or you can use individual clear dessert glasses) cover the bottom with torn pieces of brownie. Top with pudding and sliced banana. Add whipped topping. Repeat 2-3 times, or until you get to the top of your dish. Garnish with chopped nuts, drizzle with chocolate sauce.
