Brownie Oatmeal Cookies image

These were simple and quick to make. The oats make the cookies so chewy!!!! They are great warm or room temperature! These would make a great gift for the chocolate fiend on your gift list.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 box duncan hines brownie mix
2 eggs
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 c chocolate chips
1 c oats, quick cooking
1 Tbsp water

Steps:

  • 1. Combime all ingredients in large bowl with with a big spoon. (I used a large wooden spoon) Batter will be thick.
  • 2. Drop tablespoon of batter onto ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart
  • 3. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Cool 1 minute on the cookie sheet. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
