If you like spicy, you'll love these. I use 2 really huge baking potatoes cut into wedges with the same amounts of sauce ingredients. These can be used as a side dish or as an appetizer.

These potato wedges were so easy to make and they turned out so delicious. I used a store-bought buffalo sauce, but I think it would be even better if I made my own.

I made these potato wedges for my family and they loved them! Even my picky kids ate them all up. The buffalo sauce was a bit too spicy for them, so I added some ranch dressing to cool it down.

These potato wedges were a hit at my party! They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the buffalo sauce was the perfect amount of spicy and tangy. I will definitely be making these again.
