This dish is a great way to use up leftover turkey. It's also a great meal to make for a crowd. The buffalo sauce and cheese sauce are both easy to make, and the dish can be assembled in just a few minutes.

I love the idea of using ground turkey in this dish. It's a healthier alternative to beef or pork, and it still has a lot of flavor. The buffalo sauce gives it a nice kick, and the cheese sauce is creamy and comforting.
