Steps:
- Sauté the garlic in olive oil until fragrant and add the white part of the leek. Add celery and mushrooms and continue to sauté. Season with soy sauce, add cooked bulgur and mix well. Add the green part of the leek and sauté until it softens. Adjust seasoning if necessary (add black pepper if you'd like) and stir in sunflower seeds.
