BUTTERMILK BLUE CHEESE DRESSING image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/4 c buttermilk
1/4 c sour cream
1 small shallot, peeled and finely minced
4 t apple cider vinegar
6 oz Rogue River Smokey Blue Cheese
salt and freshly ground pepper

Steps:

  • In a medium bowlwhisk buttermilk and sour cream. Add shallot, and cider vinegar. Stir in half the blue cheese. Season the dressing with salt and freshly ground pepper. Top salad with remaining blue cheese.
