Buttermilk Brownies image

Very moist cake brownies. The topping gives it added character.

1 stick oleo
1/2 c oil
1 c water
2 c flour
2 c sugar
1/4 c cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c buttermilk
i bag crushed m&m's

Steps:

  • 1. melt together oleo, oil, and water. SET ASIDE.In large bowl put flour, sugar, cocoa, soda. Now add oleo mixture.Mix well. Add vanilla,eggs and buttermilk.mix well. Pour into greased and floured 11 x 15 sheet pan. Sprinkle on crushed M&M's.Bake at 350 degrees for apx 20 min.
