Cabbage and Rice Casserole image

I like the zip that the brown sugar twin and mustard gives to this recipe. One generous serving is only 3 points using ground turkey; 4 1/2 points if using ground beef. Prep time includes frying up the meat.

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more spices next time.

I tried this recipe but I didn't have any cream of mushroom soup. I used cream of celery soup instead and it turned out fine.

Not a fan of this casserole. The cabbage was too crunchy and the sauce was bland.

My family loved this cabbage and rice casserole! It was easy to make and had a great flavor. The only thing I changed was adding a little bit of extra salt and pepper.
