Lemon Honey Ginger Salad Dressing image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vegetable oil (or canola oil)
1 teaspoon lemon zest
3 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons peeled and grated ginger
1 small garlic clove
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4-1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth and emulsified and ginger and garlic are minced well.
  • Pour into an airtight container(I use a mason jar). Store in fridge. Will keep a few weeks. I love this with spinach salad.
