Cabbage Kielbasa Skillet image

I believe this came from TOH's Simple and Delicious. It's pretty quick and cleanup is easy too so it has become a regular weeknight meal for us. My husband sometimes eats it on toasted wheat bread.

This dish was a disappointment. The cabbage was tough and the kielbasa was bland.

I've never been a fan of cabbage, but this recipe changed my mind. The cabbage was tender and flavorful, and the kielbasa added a nice smoky flavor.

This dish was a bit too spicy for my taste. I think I'll try it again with less cayenne pepper next time.
