I'm not a big fan of cabbage, but I really enjoyed this stew. The cabbage was cooked perfectly and it didn't have a strong flavor.

This stew is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids love the sausage and potatoes, and they don't even notice the cabbage. I also like that this stew is a one-pot meal, which makes cleanup a breeze.
