Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350.
- 2. In stovetop wok or large skillet, saute' onion in oil until almost clear. Add soy burger crumbles and reduce heat to medium. Stir occasionally, for about ten minutes.
- 3. Meanwhile, drain & rinse all of the beans and corn, except the baked beans. Go ahead and mix beans and corn together, except for the baked beans.
- 4. Remove the wok/skillet from heat, gently stir in both cans of baked beans. Add the bean and corn mixture. Pour entire bottle of BBQ sauce, gently stirring.
- 5. Once well combined, pour into oven safe casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Serve hot at once or warm later!
