Caramel Appletini image

One night I ordered one of these at a local restaurant and immediately fell in love. My husband and I just had to figure out how to make them at home. This is what we came up with. If you like apples dipped in caramel, you'll love these!

1 teaspoon caramel ice cream topping, or to taste
ice
2 fluid ounces green apple vodka
1 fluid ounce sour apple schnapps (such as DeKuyper® Sour Apple Pucker®)
1 fluid ounce butterscotch schnapps (such as DeKuyper® Buttershots®)

Steps:

  • Swirl caramel ice cream topping into a martini glass.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add green apple vodka, apple schnapps, and butterscotch schnapps. Cover and shake until the outside of shaker has frosted. Strain into the martini glass and serve.
