Steps:
- 1. Mix first 4 ingredients and pat in greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350' for 10 min. Cool. Melt until smooth: Chips, then add butter, water and corn syrup. Pour over crust. Sprinkle can of nuts over top of mixture and pat down. Bake 10 minutes more a 350 degrees. Cool 1/2 hour before cutting.
