Carb Friendly Dijon Horseradish Chicken image

This is a carb friendly version of baked Dijon chicken using grated horseradish to kick up the taste a little. It uses grated cauliflower to reduce the carb load by reducing the amount of bread crumbs used. It will still be just as crunchy and moist inside, you'll be shocked. Enjoy!!!!!!!

This recipe is a bit time-consuming, but it's worth it. The chicken is fall-off-the-bone tender and the sauce is so flavorful. I served it with mashed potatoes and green beans, and it was a meal that everyone loved.

I followed the recipe exactly and the chicken turned out dry and overcooked. The sauce was also too thin. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This recipe was a bit too bland for my taste. I added some extra spices and it was much better. The chicken was cooked perfectly, though.
