Caribbean Grilled Ribeyes image

I made this mind-blowing steak with my father-in-law in mind. He loved it, and so did everyone else. You can serve it as part of all types of meals, but it's especially good alongside seafood. -De'Lawrence Reed, Durham, North Carolina

Overall, I thought this recipe was just okay. The ribeyes were a bit dry and the spices didn't really do much for me.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my ribeyes turned out tough and chewy.

This recipe is way too complicated. I ended up spending more time preparing the spices than cooking the ribeyes.
