Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13 pan. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, oil, sugar and 2 tsps vanilla. Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir in carrots. fold in pecans. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool completely. then ice cake. frosting: In medium bowl, combine butter, cream cheese, powder sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Beat until mixture is smooth and creamy. Frost cake.
