I saw the Betty Crocker Chocolate Easter Bunny Cake and thought the only thing that would make that better for Easter is to use carrot cake. so this is what i came up with.So I guess you can use whatever flavor cake and glaze you want. Number Of Ingredients 9

1 box carrot cake mix
2 medium chocolate bunnies
1 box malted milk eggs
1 bunch carrots with green topps
CREAM CHEESE GLAZE
3 oz cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp powdered sugar, plus extra if needed
2 Tbsp milk, plus extra if needed
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. Make the carrot cake in a bunt pan. following the directions on the box.
  • 2. While cake is cooling mix up the cream cheese glaze. After cake has cooled. Put the cake on a pretty plate and pour glaze on it
  • 3. Decorate with the chocolate bunnies and malted milk eggs. Tie the carrots together into a bouquet and place in the center of the bunt green tops facing up.....let your guests Enjoy!
